Óctoberfest 2018

Óctoberfest is an event that lasts for two weeks of the year. We decided we would go on the second Monday of the event.

On the morning I decided that my costume would not do and I should have something more authentic. So I purchased a new pair of  lederhosen.

Karin looked great in her dindl. 

The weather was dreadfully cold so we had to wrap up. Then in each tent, as it was so warm , would have to undress.

We were told we should try each tent for the full experience.

The first tent was huge (as were all of them) and we had lunch here. Strangely we noticed that a lot of the men were very friendly to each other. It was explained to me that for this day, this was the tents the gay community choose to gather.
