Trip to Longreach.
We decided to make a few stops before we getting to Longreach. It was a long way and there were some sights worth seeing on the way
First stop was Bogantungan, Pretty little stop for lunch. There was a lovely little rail museum (not open unfortunately) and a lovely little toilet stop.
Next stop was Jericho.
We stayed here the night, the free little camp site was by the river and had fire pits at every camping spot to use. Each little town have there own little something they are famous for. This one was Joshua the Trumpeter the story of the original Jericho (Joshua 6)
They also have this lovely outdoor drive in Thertre.
After a lovely sleep we moved onto Barcaldine for lunch and a sight see.
This town was home where the Labor Party was formed right under the Tree of Knowledge.
They had a large museum where you could spend hours.
